Fresh towels each day made for a nice touch after a long day out.
The shower head needed precise angling to prevent flooding the bathroom. The building's entrance gives off a retro vibe from the 30s or 40s, but the hotel's updates are hidden until you reach the guest floors. Noise from the surrounding area was noticeable, especially during the day, with drilling waking us up, and the rooms weren't soundproof-sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms crept in.

Huge room, super close to the city center, and Alessandro at reception was a gem! Only downside was the noisy street at night, but totally worth it for the comfort.

missingWrote a review on 05 Octcleaning issuesunexpected fees
The suite was basically a glorified closet, and no cleaning happened- unacceptable for a so-called luxury stay. I also expected a complimentary shuttle, but they barely honored that. Honestly, i almost thought about giving a good review until the late checkout fee came into play-it's like they don't even care about special treatment. Disappointing, to say the least.
